Claudio Pezzi

He graduated from the University of Bologna and is qualified as a lawyer before the higher courts. He obtained a Master of Laws – LLM in American Law and International Legal Practice with the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Claudio has many years of experience in civil and commercial, domestic and international law, with a practice gained at Italian and American law firms. He chairs ILMA, an association of international law that gathers together scholars and practitioners of the subject matter and organizes conferences on international law. Its customers include Italian and foreign companies, mainly in the energy, mechanical engineering, fashion and new technologies sectors. He is founder and managing partner of Studio Legale Pezzi & Associati.

She graduated in Law, from the University of Bologna, in 1990 – Degree in Administrative Law.
She has completed his notary’s professional practice at the Studio of Dr. Floria Quintavalla of Bologna from 1990 to 1992.
She published an article entitled “Il Fondo Patrimoniale” in the Notariat Magazine, year XLIV, July-August 1990, Ed Giuffrè.
She obtained his legal qualification in November 1994.
She has been part of the Pezzi & Associati study since 1996.
She is concerned in particular with civil law (family law, succession law, debt collection, enforcement)

She graduated in Law from the University of Trento, European and Transnational course, in 2011 with a Degree in International Criminal Law.
During her University career she studied at the University of Maastricht (Netherlands), attending an international course.
She graduated from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions E. Redenti, Bologna in 2013.
She obtained her legal professional qualification in May 2015.
She has been part of the Pezzi & Associati firm since 2014.
She mainly deals with
